Contract accounts are not duplicates. Each is a distinct Smartsheet instance inside the entity above it, so it carries that entity’s Kernel ID while keeping its own CRM record. Entities sharing a name but holding different Kernel IDs are distinct records — typically a business unit separated from the registered company that owns it.
